Ranked #10 in GolfAdvisor’s Top 25 Virginia Courses for 2018!
Dogwood Trace Golf Course, formerly Lee Park Golf Course, is a municipal facility owned and operated by the City of Petersburg. In early 2003, Hurricane Isabel devastated the Petersburg community and left the golf course in ruin and unkept for four years. After acquiring the property in early 2007, Petersburg City Council commissioned renowned golf course architect Tom Clark to redesign and renovate the property. Over the next few years, Dogwood Trace Golf Course began to take shape. Now, a fierce competitor in elite golf in Central Virginia, Dogwood Trace has made its name as true gem in the golf community.
